The staff is incredibly accommodating, making you feel like an exclusive guest. Their breakfast buffet is simply delicious. The pool is clean, and the view is incredibly relaxing.

No hair dryer in the room, One of the walls wasn't finished being painted in the shower head was old & broken, the toilet didn't work well. The food was at best average. On a positive note the staff was amazing and friendly. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel unless it was a discount price. Hopefully they can rectify all the things should be done every day. Sincerely Thomas A Lewis

After a bit of a mix up at check in we were offered a room upgrade to a Seaview room. Which was very much appreciated and was stunning ! Service throughout the hotel was very welcoming and professional. The resort was very clean and food at the restaurant was delicious and tast. It was low season so was rather quiet which we enjoyed. Pool and beachfront kept very clean and inviting for a swim. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked 3 rooms on June 2025 for our big family. If you have an elderly who has a problem with walking, the hotel can provide a wheelchair to get around the hotel. You need to tell them in advance. There’s a pool and a mini private beach. To get to the mini beach there’s a staircase going down. The pool is good to relax. The service of the employees were excellent and all are nice. My mother forget to bring her rosary home during their checkout but the people were so nice to let us know that we can pick it up. This is a very special gift, I gave to my Mom. I was very grateful and happy, how the people were honest and so kind. God bless you all! The front office people and cleaners are so helpful and attentive to our request and needs. When I told them I had problems with the wifi and the a/c they fixed it the same day. We enjoyed our stay, the free breakfast and will come back again another time! Thank you so much!

Was actually looking forward to my stay but had to move my travel plans up two days and the hotel refused to work with me. I will be back in Cebu a lot and was not asking for anything extra other than a different night ended up just staying elsewhere as the change fee was more than a nights accommodation. My fault I suppose, but would be smart as a business to work with a guest if no cost was involved.

For the most part everything was good, the only things that bothered me were that the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t as clean. The beach is a beach that definitely needs aquatic shoes and can’t go in barefoot, too dangerous. The Queen size bed felt more like a double wide twin bed also. At the service desk please let your customers who are staying with you know about the pricing for Taxi Black/White/Red Local Motor Open, if I had known the Black taxi was going to cost me 1100 PHP for one trip to SM Seaside I would have just opted for a white taxi and waited, wasn’t in a huge rush. I would have loved a water purification system in the hallway for the hotel so I can use that water to make coffee. I don’t think it’s safe leaving a faucet in the room that is unsafe unclean water, I was glad understood English to read the warning but others like French or European tourists in general as well as other Asian tourists who do not read English will get hurt.

nice place but hard to find on maps

Nice place, breakfast good but its hard to find - the links for both google maps and apple maps doesnt quite get the right spot and the entrance into the location is double gated and looks like a dead end street but the full gate and guard is at the end of what appears like an alley. May not be an issue if you have a taxi or driver but if you drive yourself then it may take some time to get to the correct entrance
