Fantastic.

Host was responsive and educated us wonderfully. Unit was clean and located in a great place location. Close to the beach and shopping! No complaints other than the elevators being very slow. Only 2 in the whole building, and one was being fixed.

Very comfortable and relaxing.

Spent 7 nights here in November. It was my first stay in this type of setting so I'm a bit of noobe. The room and the host were excellent. A few issues that were immediatly remedied by the host. The building itself needs updating, but a nice place to relax.

Just a wonderful place

If you are an American and this is your first time at PH, this is a great place to start. American enough to feel comfortable, but easy to get around Cebu. The place is very well decorated and very clean. They even have cleaning supplies under the counter if needed. Cannot wait to visit again.

Great place in a wonderful country

Book the unit for 4 nights in two orders. The owner communicated very well and kept me updated with everything. The unit was quick to check in and the front desk has been very helpful. The unit is nicely adorned and clean. I did not want for anything as they even had trash bags ready for me. I would not ever hesitate to stay here again!!

Superb, Wonderful and Excellent stay with a nice ocean view. The moment I enter the room, you can see the ocean view, swimming pool view and harbour view. The room is spotlessly clean and cozy, nicely decorated interior design. I have a good rest and sleep at night, lots of restaurants, starbucks coffee and grocery around the corner. Very close to the mactan airport. Highly recommended!
