What a place ! Probably one of the best hotels around Mactan: new, beautiful swimming pools looking up over the sea. The staff upgraded me to a sea view room, and they were very kind. It’s quiet, no doors banging like in most hotels around the world. New standings !

Staff are very courteous and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, bottled water and coffee, personal care items were refilled and fresh towels provided. We love their breakfast buffet and the Halina outdoor restaurant. We were glad they have a beach access which we enjoyed early in the morning before it gets too hot.

On check in Cedric gave us an upgrade which was lovely of him so a massive thank you, at breakfast a young lady I believe called freebi was so helpful the full stay, when my wife was unwell she made up a box of pastries for the room and the next day she saw me sat at the bakery and made a point of asking how my wife was, she really is a star ⭐

From the time we stepped off the shuttle at the resort, everyone was so friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The servers were so friendly & would go out of their way to bring us extra of our favorite foods. The pool area was very clean & the beach was beautiful. Our room was also very nice , with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool & beach area . Would definitely go back next time in the Philippines.

Very clean hotel. Nice big room and bathroom. Pool and beach area is nice and breakfast choices were great. The only thing that lets it down is the location. I walked to the Newtown main area and it was through some dodgy areas. Not much else to do within walking distance
