Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. All the comforts of home in this relaxing, private apartment located in North Laramie. Relax in the comfortable bed and prepare your own meals in the full kitchen. Perfect place for one night or many.

Responsible pet owners are welcome! We do charge $15/pet per night for a maximum of $150 per stay. This is charged to you the day before your arrival.

I don’t live on site, but I can still help! Feel free to reach out (before 10pm or after 7am unless it’s an emergency) and I’ll get you the help you need or answer any questions you may have.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Great weekend stay!

We loved the little basement apartment unit. All the necessities were there…minus a cutting board, that would be a nice addition to the kitchen tools. The beds were super comfy and water pressure was great in the shower. There is noise from the upper apartment so if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem but for us it wasn’t a big deal. Loved the decor and location was easy to access and close to the grocery store Safeway on 3rd street. Thank you!

I did a 8 week working assignment, so it was a long stay. The property is great! Very convenient and close to town and work and the grocery store. Everything was there for to cook meals, pots pans dishes etc. Keurig coffee maker was available and the host left coffee pods and snacks. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding! Love the stay! The host was always there when I needed them! Thank you!

The apartment itself was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The only problem can be what if anything is going on in the apartment above this one. Unfortunately, the night I was stayed there ended up being a very noisy gathering in the apartment above and everything could be heard down below.

Great location and value

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting our student at University of Wyoming and attending the football game. Great location, easy access to the university, stadium, and downtown. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and very nicely decorated. Much better value than the various chain hotels in town on a football weekend. Will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Nicely appointed apartment with comfy beds and we all stocked kitchen supplies. Location is ok… at times a bit nosey with traffic and neighbors. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

This property was very clean on the inside and was a super quiet neighborhood. The surrounding neighborhood had us wondering as we arrived but we had no issues during our stay. I was not aware we were in an apartment but there weren’t folks upstairs the first night so it was quiet. The next night we heard minimal noises overhead. There were snacks and oatmeal and coffee left for us which was a really nice touch. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and dishes for us to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable, the space was neatly decorated, and it fit our needs. I think we’d return if we visit Laramie again.
