Too expensive for what it is. The rooms seemed old and were dark and dingy. The walls are thin enough I could make out what someone in the next room was saying on a phone call. And the noise!! Loud floor noise from above, and loud banging coming from somewhere starting around 5:00am. On a positive note the bed was good and the shower was above average. Will look elsewhere next time.

The building looks nice. However, @ 4:00 in the afternoon when I arrived the entry way was full of dirt including a quarter size stone. The hallway where my room was located was also dirty. I mentioned this to the front desk person and she said it would be taken care. Both areas were still the same way when I left in the morning.

Fantastic amenities, super convenient with tons of restaurants and a Perkins restaurant in the hotel. Great staff too!!The only feedback would be to increase the water pressure in the shower.

We have stayed at this property before while visiting our daughter at college. There are several other properties nearby and they are all what you expect from branded hotels. This property is near the sports facilities if you are there for games, could walk if you wanted, weather permitting. There is no breakfast, but there is a Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel, so you have options. My opinion would be to skip the $14 omelette there and go to the 17th Street Cafe and get a scratch made breakfast that is fantastic for the same price.
