Stayed several times at this property because it is safe and convenient. Unfortunately the cleanliness is slowly declining. Carpet is dirty and rooms smell bad. Great location but if the cleaning does not step up I will have to move to another location.

Excellent service and clean rooms

Service was amazing, room was clean and updated. The dining area looked clean. The exterior was being renovated, but the interior cleanliness and friendly staff more than made up for that.

I called the property asking about the j'accuse before scheduling our stay there. The hotel staff said it was working, but when we tried, it was not hot water at all. It was very sad; I could have rented another place for our stay in Laredo.
