They were very accommodating and have a great staff. The bar is great and they offer a great dining experience and deals as well. I would absolutely make this my choice every time I visit Laredo.

Stay was awesome. Front desk person was very helpful. Room was awesome and comfortable. Only thing I noticed was a lot of mold in the shower around the calked areas. Overall very good stay.

The property itself is beautiful but the furniture is dated and needs to be replaced. Staff were friendly but interactions were limited. Two staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, George at the front desk and one of the valet drivers.

This downtown property is a great place to stay in the heart of Laredo. The parking is free and has security 24 hours. We have an EV, and they have free charging if a stall is available. This made it an even better deal! The pool is beautiful, and the staff is awesome. They go out of their way to make you feel special. Stay here every time I go to Laredo.
