Bring the whole family to this vacation home with lots of room for fun. This beach neighbourhood home offers a tranquil setting with ocean access, very private fenced yard, large private rooms with TV’s, fireplace, office space with printer, chefs kitchen, large dining area and library. The private yard features outdoor shower and spa, gas fire pit , BBQ deck with large covered dining area, bocce ball lane, playhouse , view deck and patio. Bicycles available with security deposit

Home has 3 large bedrooms, all with ocean view. Sofa bed in library sleeps an additional 2 people. Master bedroom on the main floor includes ensuite with soaker tub, two person shower and double vanity. Two large upstairs bedrooms with shared full bathroom, and a seating area with ocean view deck. All bedrooms feature TVs. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a gas fireplace. Also on the main floor is a TV room and an office with a desk and printer. Large back deck with covered dining and a Blackstone grill off of the kitchen. Laundry facilities are on the main floor.
Ocean view seating patio at front of home. Fully fenced backyard has a private spa and outdoor shower area, as well as a patio with gas fire pit and seating. Also available is a beautiful oyster shell surface bocce ball lane, with lighted seating area and playhouse.
