This well-appointed house consists on the ground floor of a vast common room integrating the living room, dining room and fully equipped integrated kitchen. One bedroom, a shower room, separate toilets and a utility room complete this level.



Upstairs, three bedrooms constitute a quality sleeping area and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. This area also includes a separate WC.

A second bathroom located in the Pool House is accessible from May to September.

The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden. Access to the semi-inground pool is via the terrace.

It is possible to park on the property.
