This 150m² architect-designed house can accommodate up to 9 people.

On the ground floor:
- Large living room with an 8-seater dining table
- Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc.) with access to the garden. - Utility room with wine cellar and washing machine
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, and flat-screen TV
- Bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet with direct access to the garden
