The CÔTÉ PLAGE residence enjoys a prime location at the entrance to the village. This cottage, located in the immediate vicinity of Port Maria beach, is sure to delight you. A favorite beach for locals, it's bordered by the very attractive Port Maria promenade, a veritable little local promenade. It's a friendly and pleasant meeting place with its many bars and restaurants right on the water. Also nearby: Kernével Port, located opposite the citadel of Port Louis, the Kerguelen Ocean Park, a remarkable site home to 82 hectares of flora and fauna, and its water sports center, where children and adults can enjoy water sports. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence and has its own separate entrance. On one level, it comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge (a 140x190 cm sofa bed for 1 person). It also has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with a toilet. The rental benefits from a private 24.50 m² terrace and an underground parking space. The apartment is located on a busy street.
