Very quiet cottage located in the heart of a Mediterranean village. You are close to all shops, the weekly market, restaurants and public services. Gîte classified 3* since 2010. The pleasure of coming and going on foot, wandering around and coming back home whenever you want. You are 200 meters from the start of hikes in the Albères massif, 10 km from the beaches, 15 km from Collioure, 15 km from the border, 25 km from Ceret. It is a village house, not overlooked. Surface area: 55 m² plus terrace (25 m²). Fully equipped. On the 1st floor, a light and bright living room, and a kitchen-dining room. These two rooms open onto the terrace. Two bedrooms: one with 1 140 bed; the other with two 90cm beds. Shower room and separate WC. The shaded terrace offers a magnificent view of the medieval village, the Albères, the Canigó massif and the Corbières in the distance. Garden furniture and barbecue. The Catalan Puig (pronounced putch) is the Latin PODIUM, the Italian Poggio, the Occitan Puèch and Puy: a hill, a summit. In Laroque it is the perched part of the old village facing the castle.

Sehr angenehmer Ort, sehr netter Vermieter

Ein Aufenthalt in Laroque kann nur empfohlen werden! Alles vor Ort vorhanden: Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Wochenmarkt, Restaurants, Pizzeria, Kneipe - alles nur ein Steinwurf von der perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wandern, Radfahren, Weinprobe und tolle Strände in kurzer Entfernung !

Empfehlenswert

Sehr schöner Ort und eine Wohnung in der man sich wohl fühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist so schön wie auf dem Foto dargestellt. Marc ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Laroque ist ein sehr schöner Ort und es gibt erstaunlich viele nette Bars und Restaurants. Die Anfahrt mit einem mittleren Fahrzeug zum Auspacken möglich aber eng. Es gibt genügend freie Parkplätze in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Belle découverte des Pyrénées Orientales.

Beau gite : spacieux , comfortable, très bien équipé et très lumineux. Super en couple, mais aussi à 4, cet appartement répond totalement à nos attentes. La belle vue et le calme en plus. Merci Marc, nous reviendrons!
