It is a recent, spacious (95 m²) and comfortable villa with garden and private parking. The gîte was created in 2023, it is classified 3*. It is located a 5-minute walk from all the shops, services and seven restaurants of Laroque des Albères, a tourist village in Piedmont. We are located at the starting point for hikes in the Albères massif which extends from Perthus to the sea. We are 1/2 hour from the beaches, 15 km from Collioure, 1/2 hour from the border .
The cottage is quiet and very pleasant both in season and out of season, with plenty of sunshine, very easy to heat in winter. It is fully equipped. Everything is on the ground floor: a large living-dining room, equipped with large bay windows opening onto the covered terrace (planxa) and the garden (200 m2). A pleasant American cuisine. Two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. Wardrobes. Shower room and separate WC.
The cottage also has, on the 1st floor, a second bathroom with WC and a reading room.
Free WiFi. Possibility of recharging electric vehicles on a traditional socket. Closed garage for motorcycles, bicycles and other equipment.

Laroque des Albères

Charmant village, mer à 15 mnDommage que la maison coquette au premier abord, ne soit pas bien entretenue : fenêtres passoires énergétiques couvertes de toiles d'araignées, volets hors d’âge à moitié cassés, salles d’eau fatiguées. Donc avec en prime une chaleur excessive.,Problèmes avec le disjoncteur. Le tout avec des fourmis volantes envahissant chaque jour la salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée. Décevant non ? les lits étaient corrects, quoique un peu courts pour un homme de plus de 1,80m, la cuisine était correctement équipée, le salon (si on ne regardait pas en hauteur car le mur était tapissé de toiles d'araignée) correct et assez confortable mais la télévision avait un son déplorable. Le jardin était en friche avec des plantes urticantes et piquantes, dommage, il aurait été charmant si correctement entretenu..

Le calme d'un joli petit village... à 10mn des plages d'Argeles

La maison est originale et jolie, parfaitement équipée. L'environnement est calme dans un magnifique petit village à l'entrée des Aberes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme petits commerces accessibles à pied et. Et surtout la mer et tout ce qu'on souhaite voir est à 10 mn en voiture. L'endroit ideal pour profiter des attactions touristiques tout en sejournant au calme
