The Space:

The sound of the waves and the sunsets over the ocean are here waiting for you. A gate between two oversized balconies connects 2 fully air conditioned, penthouse flats in the Mercado section of Las Catalinas. Enjoy amazing ocean views, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, outside dining for twelve, 5 bathrooms (4 en suite), and all the extras you need to make your vacation fun. This is the only 4-bedroom, one level penthouse at Las Catalinas!

The Mercado of Las Catalinas is where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, music and ice cream stands. Trails for hiking and biking are just out your door. The flats are modern, filled with stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, luxurious bedding and towels, strong WIFI, smart TVs, blackout shades and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



Boogie boards, beach chairs, noodles, towels, snorkeling equipment and coolers are available for your beach adventures. You will feel very safe, as there are no roads or cars between you and the ocean. A quick 1-minute walk through a gorgeous plaza with bubbling fountains and you are at the beach. The beaches in Las Catalinas are great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddling.



For your convenience, each unit has an in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher. If you decide to cook, there is plenty of cookware as well extra essentials, like salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices, and dish soap… If you find additional open condiments, feel free to use them. Shampoo & conditioner, soap, and hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms.



Altogether, you can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. One unit (PM22: 2 bed/2 bath) has 2 king beds and the other (PM24: 2 bed/2.5 bath) has a king bed and 2 twin XLs that can be easily converted into a king. The 2 flats are connected through the balcony gate, which makes this rental perfect for families or groups of friends.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the area

Las Catalinas is a majestic, 1,100 acre, architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as a private beach club, Celeste restaurant, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is less than a 2-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!



There are 9 restaurants/food locations onsite at Las Catalinas, with more coming. A new micro-brewery pub has recently opened and serves as a great place to watch your favorite sporting event. Plus, there is now a brand-new splash pad in the town square for the kids, a daycare center, and a car rental.



The Copper and Stone is an amazing upscale boutique gourmet market with a deli counter and a comfortable outdoor porch to lounge on. Pura Vida Ride is a beachfront sports store that sells bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, snorkeling equipment, etc. At Pura Vida Ride they can rent kayaks, SUP boards, and mountain bikes for a great day on the ocean or 1000 acres of mountain trails surrounding Las Catalinas.



Center of Joy is a wellness facility that offers yoga three days a week with many more functions coming available soon. The Wake Salon offers a range of spa treatments, massages, facials, Mani/Pedi, etc. Four clothing stores offer a wide variety of fashions. The fitness center CORE is a professionally run outdoor gym/fitness area featuring many different types of exercise classes in a range of levels.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.

This villa offers its guests a fitness center and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
