Blue Zone was an exceptional host. They were very responsive and helped us book tours and massages. The apartment was amazing too. Everything was so clean and the balconies and patios were lovely. It was a pleasure staying there, and we can't wait to come back.

The condo was very well laid out, felt large for a two bedroom. Easy access to the beach club (which costs $15 per day per person and is not included in the price of the rental). The check-in process was very easy (someone met us and gave us an overview of the area and the condo). Definitely would stay again.

Great location! Close to market, pool, and beach. Condo was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, with a great patio and balcony. Kitchen was well supplied too! Property management was helpful and responsive - they met us in person, gave us a tour of Las Catalinas, and helped with dinner reservations. We hope to come back and would definitely stay here again.

Las Catalinas Stay

Our stay was one for the books! The location of our villa within Las Catalinas was ideal! Situated steps from the beach club and a very short walk down to the beach, restaurants, centre and Pura Visa for our morning coffee. The villa is enjoys a stunning high end anesthetic and is fitted with everything you need. Addition the property management by Blue Zone made our travels seamless. They were proactive with details and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return next year.

Great experience in Las Catalinas

We stayed in this property which was in perfect clean condition, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with everything we needed, in addition to the very well-equipped kitchen area. It is important to note that the property is on a third level which requires climbing steps to enter and that Las Catalinas is a beautiful place with excellent services and beautiful beaches but not very accessible in case of physical limitations.

Beautiful condo /Beach Club Construction

Will be a wonderful condo when construction nearby is finished. I checked in the fall to make sure construction of Beach Club was finished and was assured it would be. Difficult with noise, dust and limited seating.

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice!

This condo is just wonderful… three balconies, steps from the pool club, extremely quiet, well-equipped, and very luxurious. Las Catalinas is a special place… like a European village perfectly situated on the Guanacaste coast. All the restaurants and pool club are separately owned, so it’s not really a resort, but has that feel. Check-in was a little clunky and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a golf cart to be available to take our luggage. The Blue Zone team was helpful and responsive, and we would highly recommend them and Las Catalinas to anyone.
