This 1 bed 1 bath with queen bed and pull out sofa is a perfect place to land whether you are in Las Cruces for a dog show, breathtaking hiking or to head to White Sands National Monument. Fully renovated with a new full, stocked kitchen, with dishwasher and gas range, washer/dryer in unit, private backyard with 6 ft wooden fence, grill and patio which is perfect for cooking out in our amazing weather. Large kitchen/dining area, and living room with a pull out sofa bed with an air mattress.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.
