Front desk clerk was very friendly and a quick check in. The king room was clean and spacious. Easy access to everything around the hotel. The pool was open, but the water is still cold. Our hotel stay was great!

Room service came by once in 5 days. ONCE! The best part of the "continental breakfast" was the oatmeal and coffee and the coffee wasn't all that good. We ended up going to eat breakfast elsewhere. When we first turned on the water it was brown! Bath, shower and sink... it was BROWN!

It was bad. The receptionist didn't accept my reservation. I showed her the confirmation and she insisted that I had paid too little and that someone else was serving me. It was like that several times.

Double charged

The room was good, no issues there. They did, however, bill me again for the room when I told them it was paid for through Hotels.com. They assured me they would not bill me again, and even printed me a receipt that showed zero due. However, the charge went through anyway on the 7th. Have tried several times to call them, but no answer.
