No opening the door in living room, it is a water heater. no wet towels on furniture no candles or fire lit anything
no garbage in sinks or bathtub general pick-up, leaving place orderly, dishes done
pick-up after dogs in yard children must have playpen area set up for them ,covering the floor and must have proper sleeping arrangements

Comfortable stay

The check in process was easy. Barbara provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. She was flexible in our check-in time. Although the property could use a few upgrades, it was very clean and equipped with most of what we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Host did not respond, and we couldn't get into the property. We called, the phone picked up. I explained the situation. They hung up on me. After that they wouldn't answer. Tried phone and text service through vrbo with no response. I will never use this host again. I complained to vbro. They found us less than ideal replacement place, but they were very helpful and did give us a partial refund. This host should be banned from all short term rentals. Just trash people. Do not book from this host if you plan on having a good trip. Totally ruined the trip. We brought dogs because it states it's friendly, but with the changes in propertys we had to keep the dogs with us and missed my daughter's event . Wish there were more that vbro could do to prevent this or something punitive they could extract. To reiterate trash property and trashy host just messed up host.
