Hotel was not clean ffrom the entrance to the rest of the place. Reception staff seemed to be bother by having to tend to us. Hallway dirty! Courtains were stained and did not close properly, (to begin with). bath tub had some sort of tape over what appeared to be jets. TV remote not operable. Desk was filthy and sticky. We stayed only because we were exhausted from a long drive and didn't want to loose $$ and re-book another place.

The night reception is was never there. I waited for 45 minutes, but he or she never showed up. There was another guest as well that waited about an hour and a half. Both of us contacted the number provided in our Reservations. They operators try to help but couldn’t do anything about it. I will be contacting guest services to formally complaint and obtain my refund.

The room was in terrible condition, and overall the building is very run down. The deadbolt on the room door would not lock. The bathroom light fixture was gone and replaced with a living room lamp on the counter. The thermostat and A/C were inoperable. The remote was taped together and the TV/receiver would randomly restart every few minutes. One pane of the exterior window was broken. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the tub. On the plus side, the linens were clean and the shower pressure was good. I reported all of this upon check out, but the desk clerk didn't seem especially surprised or concerned.

Feels like this place is on its way to be condemned... Things are missing off of outside doors. Old plugs that don't hold chargers. Felt unsafe walking around... People knocking on my door during the night. Feels like a motel 6, super 8. Description of place not accurate online.

Hotel was disgusting. We took a nap and ended up leaving at 3a cause we just wanted to get out. Do yourself a favor, keep your money and just sleep in your car. It’s that bad.

This is the first hotel I have ever walked out on after only 15 minutes after check-in. It was so disgusting. The place looked filthy and like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted or cleaned in a long time. And the guy checking us in was laying on the couch playing on his phone. It was clear he didn't give a two poops. On the second floor there were chicken feathers everywhere like someone had chased a chicken through the entire second floor or had a major pillow fight. There were dried boogers, juice stains, random strands of hair, andlittle red spots on the sheets. The curtain was half torn down with gross sticky metal tape stuck to it. The window looked like it had been from the 1960s. I opened it a little bit and there's no screen so it's easy for a child to fall right out the damn window. Then I couldn't shut the window because it was stuck. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway with electrical wires hanging out. The carpets were so filthy. On the stairwell up to the second floor the lights were flickering like I was in some sort of horror movie. It was hot and no air conditioning. I was afraid of getting bedbugs. When I tried to open the door with the key he gave me, it didn't work so I had to go down to the front desk and let him know that it didn't work and he said that sometimes you have to flip it over and turn it around to get it to work. Horrible. I walked out and found a different hotel.
