It was a terrible experience staying here. We were family of 3 and stayed here for one night. Bathroom floor and shower area was not clean and we saw hair all over. Since it was one night we let it go. But morning when we turned on the shower, front desk called us to turn it off as something was leaking at ground level due to this pipeline or whatever. We asked to either fix that immediately or provide a compensation and the fromt desk guy was super rude, ignored our problem and gave manager’s visiting card to call and talk. We checked out immediately. Never staying here again and would not recommend.

Why can coffee be ready by 5:00 am. The staff at check in said they will leave a note. I asked him and he said he can't because breakfast was at 7:00 am. I didn't want breakfast , just coffee. Maybe a muffin or piece of fruit. Why don't you accommodate real travelers. Here is the thing, the Columbus La Quinta did it . It would be nice for those that are traveling and just resting for a night . Ramon was not very customer oriented. I left.

The check-in process was simple and the host was pleasant, however, the room was not clean. The floors were stained, the counters were dirty despite having nicely folded bed sheets and what was over the top? there was a significant clog in the toilet. I couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. .

Receptionist was informative and we got into our room very quickly. The beds were comfortable. Our room was a very nice size and clean. The breakfast had several good options. So glad the had the small to go yogurt and apples! The hotel is dated and needs a little updating but was great for our one night stay.
