Room was spacious staff was amazing..... Door was hard to lock, the lotion was hanging out completely with screws hanging out from wall, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, the floor was super stained & room had a weird smell.....the manager & front desk all were great hotel just needs some TLC the pool had been drained for maintenance, which was the main reason booked for my kids to swim.....would give another chance hotel its a bit better cleaned up next time

The pool was not working and was not advertised before we made the booking. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was dirty, the cleanliness of the room was poor overall. Had a hard time getting the room keys to work, I asked the staff several times for replacement but no luck. The morning breakfast included old fruit.
