Spacious studio near Mesilla

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in Mesilla Park, near Historic Mesilla. Centrally located, close to I10, without the noise! Stylishly decorated with a kitchenette that has all you will need to prepare basic food. Microwave, pressure cooker, hotplate, small fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Stocked kitchen to include gourmet coffee, English muffins, and farm fresh eggs for making a quick breakfast are waiting for you!

Studio space with a queen bed and a sitting area. Small shower bath. Please note that there is no sink in the bathroom, but there is a sink just outside the bathroom. There is not a kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, crockpot, and a coffee pot. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. TV is streaming and there is WiFi

Guests will have access to their unit, an off-street parking spot, and a private patio. Guests are only 10 minutes away from New Mexico State University and 50 minutes from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 55 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset. Guests are also only a 10-minute drive to downtown where they can enjoy the famous Las Cruces farmers market on a Saturday morning.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.

Quiet and very walkable

The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s good for walking but you will need to have a car to get to restaurants and shopping. It is a quick (less than 5 min drive) to old Mesilla.

There is a patio out the exterior door near the kitchen for guests to use.
Please, no pets on the furniture and please walk your dog rather than letting them use the patio for relieving themselves, thank you! The patio is the only outdoor space available for guests, the owners use the rest of the backyard.

This guesthouse offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
