My recent stay was marred by a significant lack of professionalism. Upon check-in, the receptionist was visibly confused and assigned me a room that was already occupied by another guest. While I tried to be understanding about the mistake, the resolution was poorly handled. Although the receptionist "transferred" my info to a new room, the second room was uncleaned, containing trash and used soap. To make matters worse, the manager called me the day after I checked out, unaware of the room change, and asked if I was staying another night. When I explained the situation, he was dismissive and spoke disparagingly about his employee rather than taking responsibility for the lapse in service. I would not recommend this location due to safety and hygiene concerns.

My pluses and positives: the staff was welcoming and helpful, the location was central to major shopping, the views were amazing and it was quiet. My only complaints were; lack of elevator(we were booked onto the 3rd floor), the beds are extremely firm(if thats your type youll be happy) and there were 2 floppy pillows per bed(recommended to bring your own), breakfast was lackluster(toast,cereal yogurt, coffee, juice from concentrate). Nothing was a huge deal breaker just minorly annoying.

In general, the space was old but clean. There were, however, some unsavory characters looking about and making all kinds of racket. I was awakened at five in the morning by noise coming through the paper, thin walls. I would not recommend women traveling alone to stay here.

Room was clean, heat/AC worked fine, comfortable bed. But the towel rack broke off the bathroom wall when I grabbed a towel. It was obviously already broken. The tub drained slow, to the point of standing in water while you shower. Reported both issues to the front desk. To their credit, they fixed both problems.

Absolutely horrible stay horrible checked in third floor no elevators in the building refrigerator worked microwave didn't moved to another room instead of just getting a new microwave because it was bolted to the refrigerator so we move 301-2304 and get to pack in again and the refrigerator doesn't work check out 11:00 a.m. I requested a wake up call for 7:00 a.m. never received a wake up call at 11:00 a.m. when checking out went to get my $50 cash deposit I was told to give even though card was on file and my was harassed when by owner management and to employees upon leaving the my $50 deposit was thrown in my spouses face when she informed me how rudely they threw the money at her and I went in and asked him why he could be so rude the rude a.. said I'm not rude and then starts filming me with his phone I call police so do not go to super 8 in Las Cruces New Mexico ever you never ever want to go to the super 8 motel in Las Cruces New Mexico never ever ever go to super 8 motel it's the most horrendous trap House hotel with f****** might as well dead people in the stairwell unfortunately and just overwhelmed with management and everybody else's total lack of commitment to due diligence the gross incompetence LED to personal injury but they have nothing and I want nothing but you never ever ever stay at super 8 again so hey management of the super 8 and Las Cruces New Mexico I truly hope that a fire breaks out in your pants and you burn your own place down because it's a POS
