Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue involved our room being entered without our knowledge or permission while we were away. At check-in, we were informed that housekeeping entered rooms on Fridays. However, our room was entered on a Monday. Before leaving, my laptop was fully functional. After returning and discovering the room had been entered, my laptop was damaged. When we raised concerns, we discovered that the housekeeping information we had originally been given had changed and documentation now reflected Monday access rather than Friday access. This significantly damaged our trust in the property’s management and communication practices. Additional issues included lack of reliable hot water, visible mold on some pillows, an advertised “business center” that consisted of little more than a table and chair, and numerous additional fees for basic services. I do want to distinguish the owner from the on-site management experience. The owner ultimately acted professionally, communicated directly, and worked toward a fair resolution regarding the unused portion of our stay. That integrity deserves recognition. While I appreciate the owner’s efforts, I would not stay at this location again
