Practical and comfortable holiday home with nice balcony overlooking the sea, right on the beach of Las Canteras, in a surfing and entertainment area with all services around.

The accommodation of 65m², exterior and situated on the beachfront with lateral sea views, has two double bedrooms with capacity for 4 people.

Spacious living room with dining table and TV area, separate kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The accommodation also has ironing facilities, unlimited internet access (Wifi), hairdryer and iron.

"Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand, occupying some 3800 metres of coastline, stretching along the bay.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard, as well as being a great reserve of marine life.

We recommend the long promenade that winds its way along the sand, past cafes and ice cream parlours. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafés facing the sea.

Die Wohnung ist ganz schön für zwei Personen, evtl. drei.Die Ausstattung und die Betten sind gut, allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Den Badestrand erreicht man nach 15 Minuten entlang der Promenade.Der Surfstrand vor der Tür ist nicht zum Baden geeignet.Restaurants, Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.Der Balkon ist schön, die Möblierung leider dürftig, verrostet und teilweise kaputt. Es sind zwei verrostete Stühle und ein Minitisch vorhanden.Wir haben die Esszimmermöbel auf den Balkon gestellt , um diesen nutzen zu können.Die oberen Halterungen der Balkonbrüstung sind teilweise durchgerostet, was noch (!) unproblematisch ist.Der Zugang zur Wohnung war sehr kompliziert.Die Tür zur Wohnung ist mit einem neuen elektronischen Schloss versehen, das nicht funktionierte.Wir haben bei Anreise etliche Versuche gebraucht um überhaupt in die Wohnung zu kommen.Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat am Tag darauf versucht, das Schloss neu zu programmieren.Leider funktionierte es nur kurzfristig. Auf weitere Reklamationen wurde nicht adäquat und später gar nicht mehr reagiert.Man teilte uns zur Bedienung des Schlosses lediglich Dinge mit, die uns sowieso bekannt waren.Wir waren dazu gezwungen, die Wohnungstür offen zu lassen und unsere Wertsachen immer mitzunehmen.Etwas derartiges haben wir noch nie erlebt.Am 5. Tag bekamen wir unerwartet endlich eine funktionierende Chipkarte. Diese wurde uns ohne Kommentar oder Entschuldigung auf

Die Lage, die Größe, die Helligkeit - Alles BESTENS !Die Wohnung ist in einem großen Haus mit fast 50 Wohnungen.Keine Angst, Sie hören im Haus kaum Geräusche !Sie liegt nur ca. 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt und es ist einfach toll, gleich am Meer zu sein.Es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.Allerdings sind die Fotos in der Offerte bei FEWO schon einige Jahre alt.Die Einrichtung hat schon ganz gut unter den Mietern gelitten.Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und der Basttteppich steht hoch - Stolperfalle - Er ist einfach nur alt und gehört auf den Müll !Ganz schlecht war die Übergabe:In Empfang genommen, zur Wohnung, aufgeschlossen, Schlüssel in die Hand und der Mann war weg !Ein Problem mit der Tür wurde von der Verwaltung umgehend geregelt.Ich würde hier trotzdem wieder wohnen, denn Preis / Leistung stimmt auf Grund der Lage und der Ruhe.
