Everything was fine, good size, super location close to the beach and port. If you want to see the old city it takes about 20 min by bus. The bus stop is just 1 min form the hotel.

Hotel in great location,cleaners kept the hotel bedrooms very clean ,they are definitely good at what they do ,asked for a kettle for room we were told by reception to use coffee maker ,no pods available in room though we were informed by reception shop across the road supplied them and the shop keeper knew exactly which ones we were to purchase .This was disappointing because I only drink tea and when using the coffee machine to warm water it leaked .The mugs too big for coffee machine .We did however had a great short break but it’s nice to start your morning off with either a cuppa tea /coffee without any hassle in your own room .

All the staff in reception are amazing. Really friendly and caring with great language skills. The gym is much better than the typical hotel gym. I would suggest something be done to enhance the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.

Enjoyable stay in las Palmas.

Handy location for beach and good bus service nearby. Rooms clean and quirky with glasd bathroom . Bed very comy. Could be a bit noisy with traffic. Rooftop area nice to relax. Shame bar not open.
