What can I say, we have just returned from a wonderful 7 week stay in this lovely apartment.It is small, but totally adequate for 2 people and has everything you would need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped with oven/microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. In the lounge there is the biggest smart TV I've ever seen, that allows you to connect to your apps.The king-size bed is comfortable and there is loads of storage space and hangers in the wardrobes.Despite all this it was the outside space that we loved and a reason we chose the apartment. It is bigger than the inside space and gets sun at different points all day, even in January. That's where you will find the washing machine too, with dryer rack. There is also a lovely view across the road stairs o Alcaravaneras Beach We have long winter breaks either in the Canaries or USA most years, but this was our first time staying in a city and not a holiday resort and we loved it. We did not need a car as the bus can take you all around the city or island. There are so many restaurants nearby or a short bus ride away. Also, one must visit is Poema Del Mar Aquarium.Marcos gave us clear instructions before arriving and responded quickly when we had some questions, but respected our privacy during the stay.One thing to appreciate is that as a penthouse apartment it is on the third floor, so there are 3 flights of stairs to reach this lovely place. We have no hesitation in recommending it.

The flat was immaculate, and Marcos the owner was very helpful. It had a lovely terrace for eating and sunbathing. It was very convenient for us as we wished to be near the marina, and it had a great bakery and a good Spar shop within 100 yds. It was a bit of a walk to the main beach, but easily manageable. The walk into town was 10 mins, and we could catch a bus to the old city from just outside the flat. The bus to the airport also stopped within about 150yds, which made life very easy. All in all, highly recommended.
