Located in a strategically located neighborhood, this modern ground-floor apartment within a recently built residential complex offers tranquility and comfort. Enjoy a large pool, beautiful gardens, 24/7 security, cameras in common areas, and best of all, you're just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Punta Popy beach and 5 minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops in the town center.
The apartment is very comfortable and functional, consisting of one bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable queen-size sofa, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It has an oven, stove, microwave, and utensils; the washer/dryer and electric water heater make your stay convenient. Don't worry about the heat! We have air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room, and covered terrace.
For your morning coffee or a leisurely meal, you'll also enjoy a 20 m2 private garden and a covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. Stay connected with our fast Wi-Fi!
Electricity usage is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid in cash upon checkout. RD 15 per KW. Not including the electricity bill allows us to maintain a fair nightly rate, as you'll only pay for the kilowatts actually used. This is also a measure of environmental awareness. We recommend closing windows and doors while the air conditioning is on and turning it off when you're not in the apartment.
