Summary:

Welcome to my modern completely remodeled 2700 square foot house! Very spacious and accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. 25 foot heatable pool and jacuzzi. Great outdoor BBQ Patio. High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. 4 Bedrooms have their own smart TV's and the living room has a huge smart TV.



5 bedrooms (NOTE - One of the bedrooms is a Casita With Air Conditioning-You can view it in the photos).



The Space:

There is a security camera at the front door and garage for you safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.

To heat the HOT TUB IS FREE!! Just message or call anytime you want it on during your stay!



If you would like to heat the pool it will cost

$50 per day (April-October)

$75 for the 1st day and then $50 per day after (November- March)

Pool will be heated to 86 Degrees



The pool can be heated for as many days as you want (not necessary to have it heated for all the days in your stay) but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it.



There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in pool.

Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 11PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. Recording of music videos or films is not allowed unless authorized by me in advance. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund. House is legally registered as a short term rental with the City Of North Las Vegas so you reservation is safe. The City of North Las Vegas Business License -BUS-000618-2022. Nevada State Business License NV20201887683. I have also officially beed short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course.



Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



If the house rules or anything written above is broken and an eviction must be done you will be charged a $250 fee for the payment of the security company to evict you.

Keyless entry with a keypad. Code gets reprogramed for each stay for the safety of each guest.

Amazing Property!

This is Vlad’s 2nd property that we have stayed at and again it was a dream! We had decided to do a road trip from Utah to Vegas on my days off and hadn’t booked a place to stay until the day before we left when we saw that Vlad’s place was available at such a good price. Vlad is always a pleasure to work with as he responds in a very timely manner. We loved how open the inside of the house was and if the rest of our family had come as well, there would’ve been more than enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own side of the house. The outside is a bit smaller compared to Vlad’s first property we stayed at but it was still an amazing place to stay at and was nice to have our Vegas family come to see us at.

Property furnishings are very "cheap" and unappealing. Perhaps it is designed for 20 something singles. All furniture, including beds, are extremely low to the floor and uncomfortable. Outdoor seating is FULL of dust and dirt. DO NOT sit the sofas. Overall I would say it was just "OK" but I would never stay there again.

Beautiful spacious home

We came up to celebrate our anniversary and visit with family! The property was perfect for our family. The pool is beautiful but it was too cold for us to swim. The jacuzzi was great as well. The owner was very responsive and answered very quickly any time we wanted the jacuzzi to be turned on! Check in was super easy and he provided all of the information soon after booking. We will definitely be saving this location as a favorite for when we visit Vegas!

First time using VRBO good experience.

There was eight of us and it was great. Close to NASCAR large home outdoor was great. The hot tub was great pool was nice and we bbqued. Host responded quickly. Had friends over they loved the place and will keep this in mind. The only complaint was we were all over 60 and the beds were hard to get in and out of. Would do it again Thanks

Great house and host!

Never rented from a more responsive host! Answered questions within minutes and truly wanted our stay to be the best it could be. I Instead of seeing lists of “don’ts” and a million restrictions, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Plenty of shopping options close by abd a 20 min drive to The Strip.
