This apartment is perfect for a relaxing weekend, special celebration, or a family getaway. It has SAMSUNG LED Smart TV Casinos are within minutes walking distance.

Both bathrooms are clean and spacious with bathtubs. For families, we have a full functional kitchen with microwave pots, bowls, plates, cups, water and wine glasses supplied. Heating (68) and cooling (77) to comply with US department of energy and NV energy seasonal recommendations. There are also washer not working and dryer inside the unit. The condo is inside of a gated, guarded community complex with 24/7 security - identifications are need it. There are 2 pools and spa inside of the community free for use. No guests guests at the complex.
After 4 people, there is an extra charge of $100 per, person per day

For reservations fifteen days and more, cleaning needs to be performed every 10 days for small fee of $150 for each cleaning and guests is responsible to pay the cleaners. There is also unlimited parking offered in the community - you can park 1 car or 5 cars - no difference - it is free. If guests do not check out on time there is extra seventy
dollars fee for the first sixty minutes, after that is seventy dollars per hour.
