The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. If cleaners are delayed or the next guests are unable to check in on time, an additional day’s charge plus a $50 inconvenience fee will be applied.
Completely turn off all water faucets, A/C or heater, lights, fans, electricity, and gas before check-out or $25 daily fee will be charged until the home is properly serviced if any are left on.
Please place all used towels and house sandals in the laundry area (on the floor in front of the washer and dryer). Remove any excess trash and personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
