DONT BOOK STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL!!!!!! Rooms are disgusting our toilet wasn’t even scrubbed clean before we arrived there was still brown mark on the toilet. One of the light lamps did not work. There’s was a smell coming from the couch when someone went to go sit on it. Horrible place the front lobby as soon as you walk in to check in huge smell of cigarettes. IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. Please don’t cheap out on a stay in Las Vegas trust me I learned that the hard way.

The room was not ready on initial check-in. Once the room was ready, there was no sheets on the beds, the room was dirty with peeling wallpaper, lots of areas that needed immediate cleaning. We know what we were getting for the price, but the cleanliness was not good at all. The staff at the hotel were very nice, especially the young woman at Dunkin Donuts.

First thing when you walk in , the smell of cigarettes is really intense , if you dont smoke , at the front desk . The rugs seems to not have been clean for a while now and the staff is friendfly . Like your talking with your grandma and she aint sure who your mom is .

I want a refund for my stay at this property, The bathroom toliet overflowed twice, got water everwhere. It also took the staff about 45 mins to an hour to show up to unclog the toliet, then over an hour for someone to mop up the water. When they did mop up the water, no one used any type of cleaner to clean the floor from the sewage water. Also my wife was bitten by bed bugs in the bed. I have pictures to proof it. For 1 on the Hotels.com website i was charged room and tax. On top of that a resort fee. And on top of that a 100 deposit. Be transparent of ALL costs. The resort fee paid for abysmal wifi that wasnt secure, the TV's need upgrading. The rooms furniture, towels offering was a bit cheap and tacky

Almost felt like a joke….room stunk, bugs in bathroom, blood on floor, sticky gooo on bathroom floors, inoperable faucet in shower. Vegas was packed that weekend and I could not get a different room. Bought bug spray, Lysol and a scented candle and made the best of it. To add salt to the wound? They charged a 25 dollar per day for a resort fee😭… they make Sam’s Town feel like Red Rock Resort.

The property looks nothing like the pictures advertised online. Rooms were dirty and way over priced. I had a terrible experience. The staff was pedestrian at best. The booking agencg were polite and reassuring me that there wasnt anything they could do to help even though rooms were unsanitary, even the second room that I checked was dirty. At least they had clean sheets. Also I had my own locked personal vehicle stolen right out of the secured parking lot patrolled by arizona charlie's elite security. I had nothing but bad experience after bad experience dealing with arizona charlies and expedia.

This was the worse hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room was discussing, hair all over the sink and tub. Dust everywhere, they didn’t vacuum and carpet was nasty. They don’t provide any blankets, were told you have to bring your own. Maid service never came to bring clean towels even when you called them to bring them. Will never ever stay there again

No...just, no. Ceiling began leaking soapy water around 1 a.m. on last night of our stay. Called front desk where they told us to pack up and walk several buildings over to the front desk to get a key for another room it's. 1:00 a.m. in a seedy area of Vegas...we decided to pack up and go...they refunded us one night's resort fee as compensation.This place is dirty, air barely works, staff is less than helpful. WiFi is horrible. Never again.

They charged a hidden resort fee that was not on expedia the room was dirty there was no blankets and none provided when requested the room was never serviced during the stay with clean towels or linen or toiletries
