The property itself brand new fresh and clean. Still Need to work out some kinks (flight was late took 2 hours to get rental car) arrived late and they cancelled our reservation and room booked, then gave us a room which was tight for our family (I booked specifically for 3 beds). Staff was helpful when we needed anything

They know how to take the reservation...

Got to the hotel at 11pm and found out they didn't actually have a room for me (even though I had already paid for the reservation). Two weeks later when I finally got a refund, they acted like they were doing me a favor in "letting" me cancel as it was a non refundable room.

The room didn't have enough towels, only 1 coffee cup, and minimal coffee. It was in an odd area next to the hockey arena, so good food options were a ways away. Parking was in a random garage that was attached to another building. We will stay in a different area of town next time.

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The hotel space is very modern and well designed. We spent a lot of time in the common areas which are perfect for small social gatherings. I especially want to acknowledge the front desk staff for their willingness to help. I appreciate the staff’s solution orientated approach to system glitches that were out of their control.

The women running this property were incredible. So helpful when little things came up (couldn't figure out the thermostat and tv) and very available to help. Brand new location and completely seperate from the casino (important to our family). Wonderful complementary coffee and juice bar. Good breakfast options (free!) Staff made it an incredible visit for my family of 5. Definitely recommend.

Found out this place just opened and we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple mishaps but I’m sure it’s because they just open so they’re getting the gliches out of the way. Which is understandable. But place was really nice. They have street parking and a whole parking structure free come and go whenever. There’s a little casino next door which was convenient. Also walking distance bars around. Staff was friendly aswell. I would come back (:
