Acceptable....
The location of the home was perfect for us., which was important. However, the home is in grave disrepair. The floor tile inside and outside is cracked and chipped in several places. Fixtures are coming out the ceiling and outlets are loose. In general, the maintenance of this house is horrific. The landscape looks like it has not been tended to for several months. All of this said, everything worked. The TV is nice and had ROKU, the frig is big and had a huge ice maker. The A/C kept us comfortable. A big seller for us was the jacuzzi. The instructions provided were for another jacuzzi and it was frustrating to not be able to adjust the temperature up or down. I ended up hitting several buttons to get the jets to work. The cover for the jacuzzi is old, tattered and is too big. One day, it actually blew off the jacuzzi! Like I said, the place is beat, really beat. It did serve our purpose and all of the items important to us worked. Unless the owners did a bunch of work to improve or upgrade this place, I would not stay here again. There are too many other VRBO and hotel options that care about their properties to have to settle for this shabby home.
