The location was not the best the street the house is on is fair at best but you have to go through the ghetto to get there. The pots and pans were terrible. Old and teflon was peeling on them. Tile was cracked in the bathroom. Landscape was overgrown. Added additional rules the day before arrival like no music around the pool plus parking only in the garage. Has a noise detector in the house if the kids are playing makes loud noise. The hot tub was nice

Nice place with a lot of extra room. Owner went above and beyond making sure our rented cpap machine was deliver back to the company. Will stay here agin next year! Thank you for helping us out with the machine.

The location is great. Easy access to the highway, and 15-30 minutes to all interesting Las Vegas sites. Some guests note that the neighborhood is possibly unsafe and noted that the house requires many cameras and locks for safety. I would say that I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood or house, but some of the adjacent areas were a bit rough. This is all expected in an urban city setting. I think the location was good. There are many good restaurants nearby too. Alex is a very responsive host who answered questions quickly. He is a pleasure and wants to be a good support to guests. I would like to note that the current state of the property does not match the pictures or description. There is no dishwasher despite it being in the listing. The kitchen was not well stocked with tools. The cabinets and appliances are damaged and dented. Paint and trim needs refreshing. The pool table is moldy and the felt is torn, the dart board is also water damaged. The hot tub was not able to be used during our stay because of strong smells that did not clear when we let it air out for several hours. This may not be an issue for future guests, and Alex did have a phone conversation with me about it to offer suggestions. Overall, I would say that our stay was about average, but tainted a bit by our experience with the amenities and current state of the house.

We had a wonderful stay for my kids birthday! The place was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was extremely quick to respond, which we truly appreciated. All the basic amenities were convenient and thoughtfully provided. There were so many things to do right at the house, including a ping pong table and pool table, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to the weather we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool and hot tub, but they were a great bonus to have. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very close to the Strip, Uber rides were about 20 each trip. Food options nearby were very convenient with plenty of choices, which made getting meals easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Rooms were clean. Fob for garage did not work, so had to jump censor to close door.(kind of dangerous) Pool was sandy. Pool table was moldy. Did not use hot tub. Overall it was ok .

Clean House with nice pool

Overall really clean house with comfortable beds and lots of seating around the pool. The pool was really clean. We had some electrical issues which the owner responded to but was unable to fix because it was over a aweekend weekend.

Final Four weekend

This was a very nice and relaxing property with plenty of rooms. It's convenient location to Uber to strip or old Vegas. Owner was helpful and we were appreciative of the opportunity to stay there.

Perfect location

Perfect location. A easy 10 min drive to the strip, 15 min at peak times. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend. For sure would stay again when coming with the kids again. Thanks for a great Vegas stay!

Close to the strip - lovely villa

The Villa was equipped with the majority of things that you need for a holiday, good sized and clean too. Recommendation would be a safe would be a useful addition. We visited in November so didn’t get to make the most of the garden much but winds did make it noisy due to a tarpaulin flapping in the high winds on the boat and did have to ask for the Hot tub to be switched on. This was not explained so would have been useful to know this to plan ahead when to use it and the main bathroom was difficult to use But all in all it was a nice stay not too far from the strip and you can see the Strat from the balcony.

Nightmare on Dancer street

This property was not actually as listed. The property owner sent several rules 2 days prior to our arrival. He questioned greater than 5 times the number of people in our party, which is listed in our reservation. The property owner was almost harassing with his behavior!!!! The property was an older property and not as refined as the pictures display! Cameras are everywhere, you would think it was for guest safety however it’s for him to spy on you! You also can’t close any of the windows so every window in the house you can see inside from the outside! There is a noise monitor in the home and it almost feels like the property manager is staying in the neighborhood watching his property and the guest that have reserved it. Couldn’t use the pool as it was dirty and we were to call him hours before to use the jacuzzi as he had to do something with the hot water. Bring your own towels, can’t play music on anything larger than a telephone. List washer and dryer however you can’t use it. None of the rules are listed on the web. One person in our party of 7 left to go to Walmart and the garage was left open with all other guest inside. With no calls or texts to us, the owner said he had a complaint from the neighbor that the garage was open and he gave the neighbor the code to access the house during our stay! Our privacy & safety was compromised during the stay. Save time and money and keep looking. We have never had a VRBO experience like this!

If you plan to stay at this home please be aware that the neighborhood isn’t the greatest. We saw homeless and drug addicts walking around late at night. The owner will stalk you at all hours on the camera. He kept messaging about turning off the pool light when we weren’t done swimming. Which let us know that he was watching as we swim. The camera in the backyard made me feel a bit uncomfortable as far as having to be aware of what I wear in the pool because I knew he was watching. The pool table cannot be used at the same time while someone uses the hotub because it leaks and leaves a huge puddle so our shoes and socks would get wet through our sneakers. The home is pretty decent can use a bit of updating or renovating. The gym equipment is absolutely rusted and that’s a health hazard. My teenage boys couldn’t play basketball because it was completely flat and no air pump to refill it. The amenities that I mention were key reason why we got the home and most of it couldn’t be used. Lastly I’d like to point out that the owner messaged and sent me a photo of dirty towels asking that I replace them. They were not ruined or stained they just simply needed to be washed. Which is still unacceptable as I paid insurance for any property damages.(Towels were not damaged) We were accused of staying extra time and that was ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE we checked out at 10 a.m exactly. Kitchen blinds modified so they cannot be closed and he can watch you inside the home from camera in the yard
