★ SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ SHOES OFF PROPERTY ★
We like to keep our home fresh and clean. If you are not comfortable with shoes off, please do not book.

★ POOL HEATING ★
The swimming pool can be heated at an additional surcharge and is heated for the entire stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to 86 degrees.

✔ Pool Heating Fee. It must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Payment has to be completed prior to the arrival. The pool cover must be put on when the pool is not in use in order to prevent extra charges.

★Tampering of pool equipment or cameras will be an immediate cancelation of your reservation.

★ Please do not have glass around the pool or spa.

★ Lost or damaged spa remote is a $375 fee to replace

★ During the hot months, the AC is limited to going to 73 degrees, which is quite cool for the desert. Rooms all have ceiling fans and we have portable fans too.

★ Check In - Check Out ★
We’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in and late check-out whenever the schedule allows. If no one is checking out on your arrival day, you can often check in at any time. Similarly, if the home is not booked on your departure day, you may be able to stay later. Please confirm availability with the host based on other guest reservations.


★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask our guests to respect quiet hours. During 10PM-9AM period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. This is required by the city of Henderson.

★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area from the side yard.

Noise monitoring and security cameras (City of Henderson requirement): Noise sensors are installed inside and outside the property to monitor noise levels. Please note that the noise sensors are not video recording devices. Outside security cameras are also required by the City of Henderson for neighborhood security.
