There was a basketball team from New Zealand and they made noise all night until 1:00 2:00 in the morning all throughout the weekend there were slamming the doors kicking the doors overuse of the pool and the jacuzzi there were just a young out of control bunch I think that it should have just been a disclaimer on the website and also as we were checking in the staff should have maybe notified us of the young basketball team that was staying because it was not quite it was loud and they were out of control and they just ran around the hotel and it was not quiet at all.

The room upgrade and breakfast were a plus. There were stains on the upholstery (chairs and couch), rust in the tub and spots all over the walls. The room was cleaned daily, the staff is very courteous.

Whatever they are using for cleaning the room or air freshner needs to be diluted about 10 times more. The room reeked of it. I opened the window and turned on the ventilator fan and went to dinner. Still "over the top" smelly. I had to clean/wipe down items when I got to my destination as that odor clubg to everything!

Friendly staff, comfortable room and nice hot breakfast options. This hotel was located close to the Encompass Rehab hospital where my father was staying, so enjoyed the short five minute walk over there instead of needing a car rental during this trip.
