Great spot. I got the deluxe room. It essentially was a Fancy one bedroom apartment. Washer dryer in the room and full kitchen! Also with a large upscale restroom. I plan on coming back to vegas early next just for the room. Vegas is a plus too. Indoor pool air-conditioned

Great 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen, just off the strip, but budget friendly. Subway and local pizza, bagel shop conveniently on site. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Security alarm went off very early in the morning, surprisingly no explanation or follow up by staff. Kinda unnerving, but we survived. All in all a good value for a spacious convenient Vegas stay.

The property and personnel were good. I stayed at this location for 2 weeks and for that whole time we were never asked if we needed replenishments to the amenities. I asked twice to replenish our bath soap and it never came. Also, the cleaning staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t understand anything I was asking for.

Missing link between Hotels.com and Bluegreen

I had terrible experience with my check-in. I have booked two regular rooms through Hotels.com in advance. Later I upgraded one regular room to a deluxe one in order to have two adjacent rooms. However at the check-in with Bluegreen, the front desk manager insisted that I only booked two regular rooms even I showed her the confirmation email from Hotels.com and the evidence of the paid upgrade fee. At that moment I tried to contact Hotels.com to help me to resolve this issue, but I couldn't find any Hotels.com person to talk to. Since I have paid a deluxe room and a regular rooms, I refuse to take two regular rooms that the Bluegrrem assigned. Finally the front desk manager assigned me adjacent two rooms after long dispute. I had a feeling that the manager thought she did me a favor and completely ignored that I have truly paid for this type of rooms. Terrible. Well, other than the check-in, my stay was okay.

no garbage disposal when your upper unit moves there chairs and don't pick them up at its almost like a scratching chalk board noise i had to make a complaint the second night and when i called the front desk, no one answered, i called for 10 minutes, i had to get dressed at 1 am walked 5 minutes to the front desk where 2 or 3 people were standing around because no one switched the phone over at the shift change what if there was a real emergency. i won't be staying here again. and the planes fly right over
