Our place is strictly a maximum 8 person occupancy ONLY.

This home is a single story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you step in, you are greeted by a nice and open floor plan that easily leads up to a beautiful and inviting great room. Fully furnished with modern farmhouse style elements.

A massive flat screen 65" inch tv to stream and enjoy all your favorite shows and movies through ROKU, HULU, Netflix, Sling, and more. The masters bedroom is furnished with its own 55" tv. All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens and bedding. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and all of the basic cooking essentials to prepare a family home cooked meal.

We've also provided a KEURIG coffee maker and a variety of coffee and creamer for you to use. A private laundry room is available inside the laundry room Complimentary WIFI is available.

Our place is also ideal for nurses and health care professionals that have taken an assignment to work in our city. We are located near the VA Hospital, Centennial Hills Hospital, Summerlin hospital. and various Quick Care clinics.

I had such a great stay here! The house was very clean,spacious, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for such a nice experience. The host had amazing communication and was always quick to respond,which made the whole process super easy.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place!

Our Go To Property

If you're considering renting this property, do it! Mariel is an excellent host with great communication. We had a few requests and he was on it right away.The best host we have ever had.I say that because he too rent a VRBO property and understand how important it is to take care of your guests. Mariel did just that!The property is new, comfortable, with a well-maintained couch, pillows, and beds. Plenty of towels, including extras. The two-car garage was a huge plus, keeping our car shaded and leaving driveway space for our son and his wife to park. The kitchen is equipped with new pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, a hand mixer, storage containers, and coffee mugs, enhancing our stay since we enjoy cooking. Some seasonings are in the cabinets, but bring your own if you cook often. The property is close to dining, with Home Depot, Target, in walking distance and a Walmart grocery 1.5 miles away. It's two minutes from the interstate and 4 miles to the nearest casino. Nellis AFB was a 15 min drive.The strip 25 min depending on traffic.The mountains are 20 min with plenty of great hiking and a way to cool off if you are here during the summer.Not much else to say except we will stay here again.
