This single story casita features easy access and open spaces. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a murphy bed in case you want to use it for an office or exercise room. Guests have access to the large pool area with diving and dining.

The Casita is very private with a wall separating it from the main house. The pool, bar and lounge areas are possibly shared areas. You can swim all year if you are a polar bear. All night as long as no loud music or splashing after 9pm.

The casita is a single one story home with a privacy wall and a zillion plants nestling it in privacy and peace. You have full access to pool, cabana, gazebo and gardens.

Nestled in the foothills of Sunrise Mountain, you will find the neighborhood quiet and peaceful.
