Enjoy Vegas in comfort in our spacious industrial farmhouse style dream house (2800 sq ft and large lot size) in beautiful Henderson. Amenities include a beautiful backyard pool and a remodeled Chef's kitchen! Please note, pool is not heated.

This is a great location to access all parts of Vegas! 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the strip, and 20 minutes from anywhere else in Vegas due to close proximity to the 215.

Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for the perfect vacation. This 2800 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has been custom designed to ensure that you and your guests thoroughly enjoy everything the home has to offer. The property features brand new furniture, and high-quality, comfortable hotel-grade mattresses and sheets. The home has been newly remodeled and has every upgrade you could ever want!
The spacious kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining. This property features a large kitchen full of natural light and plenty of seating. There will be no need to bring anything from home, as this kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, pots, pans, mixing bowls, dishwasher, microwave, both indoor and outdoor dishes, cooking and eating utensils.
The backyard has a great outdoor living and patio space with a sparkling 8 foot deep pool. There is plenty of seating here and comfortable chaise lounges to work on your tan. It is a private backyard that is the perfect place to swim, relax and fire up the easy to use gas barbeque to enjoy with your family and friends.

We want to be respectful to the neighbors as this home is in a residential area (and we also really like them!). There are sensors around the home that detect ambient noise levels in and out of the house. If they reach 70 decibels or higher during quiet hours, we will receive an automated text message. If this continues for an extended time, we will respectfully ask that you vacate the property immediately without refund. If police are called, you will be fined $1,000.

We will appreciate it if you can start a load of dirty towels on the day of check-out and the maids will finish the rest.
