Your home away from home in Las Vegas with 1 bedroom. This wonderful condo features a full kitchen, living room and a cozy queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests enjoy a clean, comfortable bathroom equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC equipped with smart thermostat to keep temperatures between 68-74F depending on time of year. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or getting ready for a night out, this quaint spot has you covered.

This has an attached 1 car garage, with the entry door to the unit in the garage, then up a single-story staircase to the laundry room, then enter through the kitchen.
The rental is for a private 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, with a full kitchen and all appliances, WiFi, W/D, TV room, all utilities and attached garage.
No shared spaces, it's mostly rented by traveling nurses and some stay up to a year because of how expensive other apartments are in Vegas.

Just 1 mile from Mountain View Hospital, 15 minutes to Downtown, Freemont Street and The Strip, OR 15 minutes to the middle of Summerlin. 30 minutes to Mt. Charleston or 45 minutes to Lake Mead.
This is close to nightlife, restaurants, casinos, parks, supermarkets and transportation. Great for solo adventurers, students, traveling nurses or retirees.
Contact me if the dates you need show as blocked. Whole unit for 1-person, occasional guest welcome for no more than 72 hours per visit, longer with written permission.
