Very decent for the money, could use a deep cleaning

We recently stayed in Vegas during EDC week and found the place to be a solid value, especially given how high prices usually are during that time. The setup was decent and functional, making it a convenient base for the weekend. That said, the common areas and bathroom could really benefit from a deep cleaning, it didn’t feel as fresh as we’d hoped. Still, for the price and location, it was a good deal overall. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, it would be an even better option for future stays. The manager was extremely responsive, easy to contact, and very helpful.

Accessible area, spacious, but not clean

Overall this place is well situated near the airport, close and easy access to highways. We felt safe with the many locks/security codes to enter. The rooms were spacious too. However, I would highly recommend the owners to do a thorough cleaning. The shower had a lot of mold, sink was quite dirty, and the floors made our socks black. Once clean, I think this would be a good place to stay!

Biggest frustration was checking in (need 3 access codes), especially in the dark. But Julie was very responsive, even late at night, and helped us get in. Other than that, the place is fine and a decent price for Vegas.

LAS Vegas Guesthouse

House was great. Had plenty of room for 3 people and was in a quiet neighborhood. Only problem we had was when we arrived trying to open lock to get in. Our host sent their maintenance man to assist, and he was able to get us in. No issues after that. Would definitely stay again when in Vegas.

Great value!

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and the place worked out great. This was a much better price than the hotels for being able to sleep 6. It was clean and worked great for our family.
