The house is super clean and minimally but sufficiently appointed. The fan in the back room was a god-send for the Vegas heat. Shower pressure in the bathrooms were excellent. Super quiet neighborhood. Dom was very responsive and excellent to deal with.

The house was comfortable, but for a longer term stay (more than 1-3 days) it would be nice to have dressers for clothes and more kitchen supplies, such as food containers, etc. The living room has a single couch, but no other furniture to sit on. It also lacked dishwasher soap for doing dishes. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall, a comfortable stay, but the amenities are limited.

Location was fine, nice neighborhood. House was clean. Furnishing are minimal. A house that sleeps 4 or more could use more than a 3 seat couch in the living room. Other than a TV, that was it for seating. No coffee table either. No decorative art on any walls, Very stark and uninviting Minimal dishware also. No screens on any of the windows and sliding door. Beds were average. No extra trash can bags could be found.
