Overall, this home was good but could have been great.The amenities were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and had many useful items though I had to purchase a few things. The dining table was really large and pretty. The primary room had a very soft mattress; the second bedroom’s mattress was much firmer. The home’s layout was nice; I liked that the game area was separate from the bedrooms and that there was a garage. I really liked the neighborhood in general and the proximity to grocery stores and entertainment venues/the strip. The house was decorated for the holidays and had lights on the exterior, which was really inviting. With a few updates this would have been a five-star review but there were things I couldn’t overlook. The house was presentable but not clean. There was hair and a candy wrapper in one shower. The other bathroom had a peeling paint in the tub. The carpets in both rooms were dirty and loose. The floors left my white sock black on the bottom. The dryer does not vent to the exterior or roof of the house; the vent is visible in the garage. The front window has a very large crack. There was a used k-cup in the coffee maker and dried food on the pots, blender, and in the microwave. At night in there is a loud humming noise like a generator. All of that said, I’d absolutely stay here again if there were a thorough cleaning and some small fixes.

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was the cleanest most accurately represented one yet. If I could give 6 stars i would. The pictures were completely on par with the property. The host was amazing and responded to all questions extremely fast. The pool sticks were all straight and in good shape (very rare in rentals) the darts and dartboard were both in great condition. House is in a nice quiet, safe neighborhood which is certainly not always the case in Vegas. Without a doubt the next time I am in Vegas i am going to book this property. I cant stress enough about the cleanliness and responsiveness. Great Stay!!!!

Week in Vegas

We travel with my brother and sister-in-law each spring and have stayed in many VRBOs so I have many properties to compare to. Dayan’s property is in a nice neighborhood, it’s roomy, clean and we enjoyed the game room! Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the pool but the outdoor area is very nice. The location has easy access to the strip and highways for excursions into the picturesque surrounding areas. One thing we missed having was an ice maker in the refrigerator. Water is not hooked up to the appliance so we had to go and buy ice. The only other drawback to the house was a lack of ambiance. The living room has no side tables, lamps, pictures or rugs to make it feel warm and inviting. The same in the bedrooms; no bedside tables or lamps for reading and no rugs to make the floor warm when getting out of bed. Overall, I would recommend Dayan’s property but could not give an excellence due to no ice and the ambiance compared to other properties.
