Stayed at the Baymont in Downtown Las Vegas, and honestly — you get what you pay for. At around $35 a night, it’s one of the cheaper options in the area, but that low price definitely shows in the overall experience.
The property feels more like a small motel than a hotel — a bit hidden and lowkey. The room was dirty and noisy, with the AC leaking water, stained sheets, and a bed that didn’t look or feel clean. The wood floors were also dirty, and when we asked for fresh sheets, our request was denied, which was really disappointing.
On the positive side, the front desk staff was kind and accommodating — they let us check in two hours early without any extra charge, which we appreciated. But overall, the place needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
If you’re on a tight budget and just need a quick place to crash, it’ll do for a night — but don’t expect comfort or cleanliness here.
