The pool can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.

This house is in a residential area. Quiet Hours are after 10PM. We will give you a warning if it's passed the acceptable decibel levels after 10PM. Then you will be fined $250 for the next violation. If you continue to break the rules, we will be forced to cancel your reservation without any refund.
