The check-in was smooth and courteous. Room was clean with coffee maker and bottle water complimentary. The hotel is very dated. Floors in hallways need attention badly. There is only one elevator for the entire building. Easy to get to the casino from the hotel.

Room was dated and very strangely set up with the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Entire hotel seems kind of run down. Our room was directly above parking spots, someone began repeatedly setting off their car alarm. After 5 times we called the front desk. Security came and 5 more times over the next half hour they set it off again. All was quiet until around 1 am when they did it AGAIN. It is a 15 minute walk to the linq promenade so that's nice but I can confidently say NEVER again!

Not sure how this was rated 8.2. It's like a motel 6 or super 8. It was overall clean and smelled ok, But: It's noisy. The carpet was old and bunched up (needs stretching out). The pillows were small squares and lumpy (no option available). The fan on the A/C unit wouldn't stay in On mode so you had to listen to the unit stop and start all night long. The front desk puts the phone off the hook so it's always busy when you press the Front Desk button (but you could call 0). The sound wouldn't work on the TV so they had to come and reset the box. You get what you pay for.

We checked in around midnight and the staff was wonderful—friendly and helpful right from the start. I asked for an extra blanket, and it was brought up promptly. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. It’s definitely budget-friendly and conveniently located near the Strip. Would happily stay here again!
