My family and I love this Hotel its where we stay when we are in Las Vegas the staff are very polite and friendly . There is one problem there is a funny smell when you turn on the bathroom sink the smell is come out the pipes.

My Las Vegas mini vacation.

Disappointed with this hotel old and outdated poor breakfast and the restaurant on premises only opened at 5pm. Managers reception was terrible serving drinks in a plastic cup. Not staying there ever again . My card to my room didn’t work after they already fixed it happened again. Very frustrating after a long day of traveling. No shuttle service to the airport.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in Las Vegas and was very disappointed with my overall experience. Several amenities were not functioning properly during my stay. The ice machines were out of order on multiple floors, and the gym’s air conditioning was not working, making workouts uncomfortable. The pool was out of service for the majority of my stay, and the hot tub was lukewarm at best—definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this level. The most concerning part of my experience was that my bracelet was stolen from my room. When I reported the theft to the front desk, the response was extremely unhelpful and nonchalant. I ended up filing a police report on my own. If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend locking up all valuables or taking them with you whenever you leave your room. Very disappointing stay, and I will not be returning.

Water shut off in hotel

It was perfect except I wa snot told upon early check in that they had a scheduled water shutoff until 3pm. I checked in at 11 am. When I checked in within the hour the water was shut off and I paid $25 for early check in.
