Summerlin family home situated in a very quiet, safe neighborhood only 15 min drive to the strip. All the furnishings are high quality, professionally designed with five star quality decor. Cozy but still roomy with an upstairs balcony with a beautiful view! Come relax and feel completely at home and pampered at this luxury home, 5min from Red Rock Mountains on the west side of the strip with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The space
This 2,400 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bedrooms, heated pool(additional charges apply), outdoor kitchen with huge marble island and a cozy gazebo. The newly remodeled home has been decorated with contemporary style and decor.


The master bedroom, located on the second floor, has a Cali king size bed with a 55 inch TV, a walk in closet and the master bathroom has a stand up shower with a jazzy and double vanities. Also on the second floor, has a great mezzanine right outside the second room

Enjoy cooking a delicious meal in the modern kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans for all you cooking needs. The home offers one dining table. right next to the kitchen to where you can show off your cooking skills with the beautiful black and white dinnerware set and one by the kitchen as you enjoy the gorgeous view of the pool.

Living room has a 72 inch TV, with all major streaming channels to watch as you unwind down to relax on the cozy couches.
On the first level, you will also find a bedroom / office a full bathroom and the laundry room.

Outside, enjoy the bbq area and night swim under the desert moon.
